Secure purchase
We accept MASTERCARD and VISA credit cards approved by your bank for e-commerce operations. For acceptance of credit card procedures online, we use 3D-Secure solution - the most up to date application of the MasterCard and Visa credit card associations which allow secure payment by credit cards on the Internet. Data is entered from your credit card via GP webpay payment gateway directly to our bank, Československá obchodní banka, a.s., therefore no employee has access to your credit card data. The data transfer proceeds through the secured protocol HTTPS which encrypts the information. Payment by credit card is secure in our shop.
Payment can also be made by wire transfer to the OREA HOTELS bank account maintained at Československá obchodní banka, a. s.

How to pay us?
If paying for the goods by credit card, click on the “Order and pay” button when completing the order. In the following step you will be redirected to the GP webpay payment gateway where you will be asked to enter your credit card details: credit card number, the expiry date of the credit card and CVV2/CVC2 - the last three numbers pre-printed on the signature strip of your credit card.
Enter the information directly into the payment site of the payment gateway that secures the unbreakable encrypted data transfer and await authorization to execute the order. In this manner there is no possibility of misusing your credit card by the subject you are purchasing the goods from or an “open” transfer of unprotected data through a public computer network.
If the bank will not confirm authorization of your credit card, it may be due to any of the following:
- credit card details were not entered correctly
- there are insufficient funds on your account or you have already reached the limit for Internet transactions
- your credit card has not been approved for Internet transactions, therefore you should contact your bank
Once the amount will be debited from your account after successful authorization, we will immediately notify you via e-mail. At the same time, the goods will be shipped.
The presence of MasterCard Secure Code logo of the MasterCard credit card association and the verified logo of the VISA credit card association ensure secure payment in our e-shop.
