The operator of the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz is the company OREA HOTELS s.r.o., headquartered in Na Pankráci 1062/58, 140 00 Praha 4, CRN 27176657 (hereinafter referred to only as the “Operator”), and is in compliance with Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll., as amended, and is authorized to exercise the property rights to the website.
All rights under the license in compliance with the Copyright Act are on the part of the Operator with regard to the website content, including the text and the design, technical sketches, graphics, all images on the website, as well as the selection and method of configuration of the files contained on the website. The web application is operated using the license to the Web Content Management System MEDIA FACTORY application owned by MEDIA FACTORY Czech Republic a.s.
The Operator hereby issues the conditions for using the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz (hereinafter referred to only as “Conditions”). The website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz is open to the public free of charge and the use of the website is governed by these terms and conditions.
Method of use
When using the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz, the user agrees to comply with the regulations in force in the territory of the Czech Republic, good ethics and these rules and not to damage the reputation of the operator or any other user.
The user specifically agrees not to:

The Operator is not responsible for advertising, or any other form of promotion implemented by a third party via the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz. Furthermore, the Operator is not responsible for the content of www sites owned by any third parties that can be accessed via the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz.
Personal data protection
Access to the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz or any of the services provided by the Operator on the website are fully or partly subject to the provision of users personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll.
The Operator is obliged to process and use the data in compliance with the legal regulations in force to the extent necessary for the purpose of obtaining such data and only in such a manner that will protect the subject of the data from any damage. Furthermore, the Operator will use the data for their own requirements, particularly for research and evaluation of eventual risks and for monitoring service quality and client satisfaction.
The user agrees with above stated procedure of the Operator. Personal data is secured by the Operator in compliance with standards that provide the maximum possible protection of data during processing from unauthorized access or transfer, loss or destruction and any misuse.
Final provisions
The Operator is authorized to change the conditions at any time. The conditions for use of the website are effective from the date of their publication. The conditions were published on 1st May 2008.
