Business conditions
The business conditions specify the use of the website www.ten-pravy-darek.cz operated by the company OREA HOTELS s.r.o. for the online purchase of OREA HOTELS gift cheques and certificates (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”).
Gift cheques are securities with a nominal value of 1 000 CZK and are intended for paying for hotel services in all OREA HOTELS hotels and restaurants.
Hotel gift certificates are issued for a specific stay or for utilization of hotel and meal services.
By ordering goods you consent with the business conditions. OREA HOTELS reserves the right to change the business conditions. It is your responsibility to regularly check the wording of the business conditions prior to each purchase and to be familiarised with any possible changes.
Goods include a unique identification code and once put into effect cannot be exchanged for cash or reimbursed in the case of loss. If spending only part of the amount stated on the goods you will not be reimbursed for the remainder. Goods validity is marked on the goods and if not spent within the stated term, it expires without compensation. There is no owner name on the goods. The goods can be put into effect by the person who will utilize the goods. Photocopies will not be accepted. It is necessary to reserve in advance and to refer to the goods utilization when booking. Cancellation of a reservation announced less than 24 hours in advance will not result in the voiding of voucher validity.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed via e-mail along with information on the purchased goods and confirmation of the information you entered. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the information in the confirmation e-mail as soon as possible and to print and keep a copy.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa). You are obliged to ensure that all information provided to OREA HOTELS s.r.o. for the purpose of ordering goods is accurate, that you are using your own credit card or debit card and that you have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the goods ordered. Payment can also be made by wire transfer to the OREA HOTELS bank account kept at Československá obchodní banka, a.s.
With regard to the protection of your information entered when ordering, the website uses a software package known as Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) indicated by a padlock displayed in the right lower corner of the web browser (the grey border area on the screen).
The goods must be dispatched within three (3) working days from receipt of payment although it is necessary to consider that it may take a longer time during the holiday season. We do not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery on the part of Česká pošta.
In compliance with § 53, subsection 6, of the amendment of Civil Code No. 367/2000, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from takeover of the goods. If you decide to do so then you must return the undamaged goods within the stated term (determined by the date of shipment). We will refund the corresponding sum of money in a prearranged manner within ten days after receipt of the returned goods.
Each special engagement regarding term reservations must be made directly with the hotel. We recommend that you verify your reservation with the hotel once again several days before scheduled arrival for clarification. The goods can be used in any term within the validity period of the goods based on the free capacities of the chosen hotel.
We guarantee that all data entered into the system is used solely for the requirements of OREA HOTELS, will be maximally secured against any potential misuse and will not be sold or provided to any third parties under any circumstances.
OREA HOTELS s.r.o. is obliged to provide the services for which the goods were purchased in compliance with the description on the website and always with due competence and care. OREA HOTELS s.r.o. is not obliged to provide any further guarantees.
